What's cooking?

"Today we’re helping more Lewisham school children than ever gain the lifelong benefits of learning to cook. Also our weekly open access 'Community Cooks' programme is supporting adults develop confidence to give new recipes and tastes a try.”

School Groups

We run regular sessions with Lewisham schools, from reception through to sixth form. We have worked closely with Bonus Pastor Catholic College, St John the Baptist Primary School, Drumbeat School, Greenvale School, Holy Cross Primary School, Conisborough College and many more.

We can tailor our sessions to suit your schools current curriculum themes like learning to cook tapas to support Spanish or to bake bread linked to "The Great Fire of London"

Community Cooks

Every Friday 10.30 -12.30 am during term time we offer free "Community Cooks" sessions. Anyone from the wider community can attend and learn to cook seasonal, nutritious and budget conscious food.

Booking a place is essential but you are welcome to just turn up at 10.30 am to see what it's all about and sign up for future sessions.  So whether you would just like to have a go at cooking or are a keen amateur cook, come along and get involved
